(5 of 14) After you have identified what it is that is the source of the negative emotion, laugh at it. See it for the insignificant impact it can have on your true existence and find the humor in the situation. If you are one with the true power in the universe, how can a situation outside of that power affect you at all? Obviously, it cannot. There is, in fact, humor in your thought that it could affect you.
